Enza Construction is a provider of integrated property and infrastructure solutions and undertakes all aspects of the property implementation process, offering a holistic and integrated solution from property development, design, construction, project management and asset management. Enza Construction plays a significant role in the development of South Africa’s infrastructure, delivering projects that contribute to the improvement of communities through clearly formulated and safe infrastructure built efficiently.
Tractionel Enterprise is an electrical infrastructure company specialising in projects related to electrical systems such as electrical construction, and maintenance, especially for overhead electrification systems for railways, mines and industries. In 2012, Tractionel Enterprise became involved in the energy sector, providing engineering, procurement and construction services to power producers.
Post Tensioning & Structural Solutions (PTS-S) specialises in post-tensioning, construction hydraulics (including lifting and launching) and the repair and rehabilitation of structures. Some of PTS-S services include advisement on the correct concrete repair and strengthening solutions such as services for diagnostics and scanning, solution proposals, design, sourcing of materials and execution of a cost-effective repair measure.
Crowie Property Solutions (CPS) offers an Integrated Development Management Service with a single point of responsibility with the objective of risk mitigation. The key driver of the business is converting real estate opportunities into investment-grade assets.
CPS provides a deal packaging service and initiates projects in land acquisition, land beneficiation (township establishment), concept formulation, project development, commercial and technical feasibility, and legal compliance.
